  • Our daily strength and conditioning class follows a structured program designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall performance. The program integrates resistance training, functional movements, and cardio exercises, with workouts tailored to suit all fitness levels.

  • Experience the energy of group fitness! Combine strength and cardio exercises in a motivating team environment, featuring pair workouts where everyone pushes themselves and supports one another

  • Each of our strength classes are focused workouts designed to build muscle, increase power, and improve overall physical strength. It typically incorporates resistance training with weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements such as, deadlifts, presses, squats and Olympic lifting techniques.

  • Endurance class focuses on building stamina and cardiovascular fitness through longer, sustained cardio sessions. This high-intensity workout combines extended running with erg exercises like rowing, ski-erg, and bike-erg to push your endurance to the limit.

  • Gymnastics class helps improves body control, strength, flexibility, and coordination through exercises like handstands, pull-ups, dips, and core drills, with progress to more advanced skills over time.
